Términos y Condiciones Generales de Venta de Productos
La compra a Solar Case de productos se regirá por los siguientes términos y condiciones de venta, que Usted previamente aceptó y que sustituyen cualesquiera otros términos y condiciones entre las Partes:
-Si usted es un cliente comercial (incluyendo pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas, gobierno o entidades públicas) y tiene un contrato vigente con Solar Case aplicarán los términos y condiciones acordados en dicho contrato. Si usted es un cliente comercial y no tiene un contrato vigente con Solar Case, le aplicarán los Términos Comerciales de Venta.
- Si usted va a emplear los productos Consumidor, esto es, para su propio uso o el de su grupo familiar o social, se aplicarán los Términos de Venta para Consumidores o Destinatarios Finales.
Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods
Buying a Solar Case of products by the following terms and conditions of sale, and you accepted prior to replace any other terms and conditions shall be governed by the Parties:
-If you are a commercial customer (including small, medium and large businesses, government or public entities) and has a contract with Solar Case apply the terms and conditions agreed in the contract. If you are a commercial customer and do not have a valid contract with Solar Case, we apply the Commercial Terms of Sale.
- If you are going to use the Consumer products, that is, for their own use or that of their family or social group, the Terms of Sale shall apply to Consumers or End Recipients
